How to download merged PDF of student submissions
To facilitate the printing of students' exams in Trelson Assessment, you can choose to download a merged PDF or create a merged Google Docs from each assignment.
Click the three dots in the upper right corner in the title of the assignment and select "Download merged PDF"
Choose the file type you want to merge - PDF or Google Docs.
Click on “Choose files" and you will get a list of files where you can select which ones you want to merge by pressing:
- CTRL + A to select all files (however, this is not the safest way to do this, as Google Drive only shows a number of results before scrolling down to the bottom to load more results and with CTRL + A only those that are loaded are selected into the list).
- Select the first file and scroll down to click on the last one with SHIFT pressed to select the files in order after the selected file.
- Click on the files you want with CTRL pressed.
Once you have clicked select, a merged PDF will be downloaded to your computer.
