In order to install and activate Trelson within your Google Workspace domain, it is required that the person performing the installation has the authorization as 'Super Admin' in your Google domain.
By installing the application, you agree to our Trelson Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Step 1: Install Trelson in your Google Workspace domain
By following the steps below, you enable and configure Trelson in your Google Workspace domain. This is required for teachers and administrators to get started and use the Trelson.
Follow these steps:
- Google Workspace Marketplace: Visit the application page on the Google Workspace Marketplace: Link to Trelson on Marketplace
- Installation: Press the "Domain wide installation" button to install the application for your users. A dialog box will open and provide options to install for all or part of the domain. Click 'Continue'.
- Whole or part of domain: A new dialog box appears asking you to choose between installing the application for the whole organization (recommended) or for certain groups. Make your selection and agree to Trelsons' terms and conditions and privacy policy by checking the box.
Step 2: Activate the application by logging in and creating your first organization
For a municipality or independent school with several schools within the same unit, it is common to create a separate organization in Trelson for each school. Administrators in the Google Workspace domain will be able to switch between these organizations to make settings, create templates, or otherwise support the various devices.
Follow these steps:
- Login: Go to https://assessment.trelson.com/. Log in as a teacher with your administrator account.
- Create organization: A dialog box appears notifying you that you do not belong to an organization. Click on 'Create organization'.
- Set Name: Enter the desired name of the organization (eg, "Demo School").
- Settings: Select country, language and time zone. Press 'Create'.
- Create/change organization: The first organization has now been created. To create more or change organizations, click on the organization name at the top right.
Please note! There are more settings that need to be made for each organization, such as assigning other users access to the organization, such as teachers, owners or administrators. Visit our support article on creating and managing organizations for a guided walkthrough.
