ce Thursday last week educators using ChromEx have experienced sporadic problems with a few teachers not being able to log in to ChromEx. Clearing permissions for ChromEx will not solve the problem.

We have now published an updated marketplace app. Please follow these steps to solve the problem:
As an advanced administrator grant new access to the calendar scope in the marketplace app
- Go to https://admin.google.com/ac/apps/gmail/marketplace/appdetails/1038033601084
- Click on “Grant access” and you will grant the calendar access to ChromEx
