Templates for writing space module

Suggestion to allow creation of template or even just pre-populated text into an assignment so for instance we could have it so students on an assignment already have at the top of the writing space:

Centre Number:
Candidate Number: 

This then reminds students they need to add this information or allows teachers/admins to make sure the centre number is always on the assignments.
