When we introduce new functionality in Trelson, we sometimes add new Google Services APIs. When this happens, an administrator in your Google Workspace needs to approve Trelson’s access to the new APIs. This will be notified within Trelson and via email to the owners of Trelson organizations when necessary.
To grant access, an administrator must log in to the Google Admin Console as a Super Admin and grant Trelson access to the newly added Google Services APIs (OAuth Scopes). This step is necessary to ensure that all Trelson integrations with Google Workspace function as intended.
How the administrator grants access:
- Log in to the Google Admin Console at admin.google.com using a Super Admin account.
- In the left-hand menu, go to Apps > Google Workspace Marketplace apps > Apps list.
- Find and select the Trelson app.
- If the status says "Partially granted", click "Grant access" to update it to "Granted".
Note:
If the Trelson app was initially installed only for specific Organizational Units (OUs) or Groups, locate the relevant units and/or groups and repeat the granting process for them specifically.
If your IT administrator needs assistance, ask them to contact support@trelson.com.
