-
Find the folder with the audio file: Open the folder on the USB stick that contains the audio or video file.
-

D:\AUDIOin this case. -
Paste into Trelson: Go back to the assignment in Trelson, add "allow media from file system" as a resource, and paste the copied file path into the designated field.
-
Save the assignment: Click "Add" to save the settings.
Step-by-step: How the student listens to the audio file
-
The student inserts the USB into their computer and lets it load.
-
The student logs into Trelson and clicks OPEN FILE.
-
The student's Google Drive files will appear, and the student should choose the audio file they need to listen to. The student clicks on the relevant file, which is then added to Trelson.
-
The student clicks the Play icon to start the audio file. The student can start, pause, and stop the audio file using the same icon. The speaker icon on the far left allows the student to adjust the volume.
Important to note
Some students will likely try to click on other things when the files open. They can click on folders in Google Drive, but they won't be able to access the content, which maintains security.
