New for teachers! You can now access a summary of assignments and exams that you have completed or planned with your students. You can also take a closer look at individual students to follow their progress. Please note that you only see statistics for assignments and exams where you are the responsible teacher – you do not have access to results from other teachers’ activities. The statistics currently only include assessment tasks and do not cover Focus Rooms in Trelson.
Examples of what you can do
On the statistics page, you can open an assignment to review it in more detail. In addition to assignment statistics, you can also select a specific student to track. For example, you can see how many times the student has been interrupted (left the exam, either voluntarily or due to e.g. a drained battery), as well as how many submissions they have actually made compared to what was expected.
How it works
1. Access the statistics: Click on Statistics in the left-hand menu. You can choose to filter by a specific subject or view all subjects combined. Examples of overall statistics you can see:
- Total number of exams/assignments you have completed.
- Total number of unique students who have participated in your assignments/exams.
- How many students have submitted compared to those added.
- A calendar overview showing both past and upcoming assignments/exams.
2. The graph: This graph shows the number of completed assignments over the past three months. To view a longer time period, click on the dropdown menu in the upper right corner of the graph (where it says 3 months) and select a different interval.
3. Upcoming assignments: On the right-hand side, you see a calendar showing scheduled assignments and exams for selected months. By default, the current month is shown, but you can switch to another month and choose to view it either in calendar view or list view. You also see the nearest upcoming assignments and exams you have created.
4. Student statistics: Further down the page, you will find two tabs. In the left tab, Students, you see an overview showing how many submissions each student has made. You can also filter for a specific student by searching by name or email address.
When you click on a student in the list, you will get more detailed statistics, such as:
- How many of the student’s assignments have been submitted.
- How often the student has been interrupted while working on your assignments.
- When the student’s next assignment is scheduled in Trelson.
Here, you can also access any feedback you have given the student, or open the Google Document created from the student’s submission.
5. Assignment statistics: In the second tab, Assignments, you get an overview of each task: start and end dates, whether the deadline has passed, or if the assignment has not yet started. Clicking on an assignment in the list takes you directly into it, where you can edit or review details, such as feedback.
