It is now possible to combine written work with digital submissions in Trelson.
Have your students answered an assignment by hand? As a teacher, you can then upload a picture of the written work directly to Trelson to keep all the student's answers in one place (Drive).

Enable the setting to upload image
- Go to the assignment where you need to upload the image.

Click on "all options" to expand all assignment settings.
3. Check the box for "upload image" to the right above the security settings.
How to upload an image
Take a picture with the current device
When you have enabled the "upload image" setting, a button with the text "upload image" appears in the student tab further down on the assignment page. Here you can choose whether to upload an image with the device you are using or another device (e.g., a mobile phone).
- Click on the button "upload image".
- Select "Take a picture with this device"
- Select which student the image belongs to.
- Take a picture of the assignment with your camera.
- If you are not satisfied, you can retake the picture. If you are satisfied, click on "upload image".
- The image has now been saved to Google Drive. The number of images uploaded per student is shown next to the student's name.
Take a picture with another device
- Click on the button "upload image".
- Select "Take a picture with another device"
- Log in to Trelson in the browser on the other device you want to use.
- Scan the QR code with the camera on the device you want to use.
- Log in to Trelson in the browser on the device you just scanned the QR code with (you may need to scan the code again)
- Select which student the image belongs to.
- Take a picture of the assignment with your camera.
- If you are not satisfied, you can retake the picture. If you are satisfied, click on "upload image".
- The image has now been saved to Google Drive/Sharepoint. The number of images uploaded per student is shown next to the student's name.
Where do I find the uploaded images?
The images are saved in the assignment folder in your Google Drive/Sharepoint.
